RiMS 31st Annual Conference
The following takes place on Thursday 11 June 2026:
- 9AM-11:30AM: Workshops at the Rehabilitation Centre (be there at 8:45 please!)
HOW TO GET THERE
Best public transport options:
- Metro + walking: From Metro Line A – Želivského station, approximately a 10–15 minute walk along Šrobárova Street towards the hospital, then continue across the campus to the lower left corner of the hospital area.
- Bus 175:
- From Flora metro station, take bus 175 towards Háje and get off at the Murmanská stop.
- From Strašnická metro station, take bus 175 towards Florenc and get off at the Murmanská stop.
MEETING POINT
8:45 AM, in front of Building O, FNKV, Prague.
Participants will be divided into four groups of 15 people. Each group will attend four workshops. Each workshop lasts 20 minutes, followed by a 10-minute transition period.
Klub Lávka

Club Lávka is a venue located in the centre of Prague, right next to the Charles Bridge on the banks of the Vltava River.
The Conference Dinner will be held there on Friday 12 June, starting at 20:15.

The Prague New City Hall (Czech: Nová radnice) is the main administrative building of the City of Prague, located in the historic centre of the city on Mariánské náměstí in the Old Town. It serves as the headquarters of Prague’s municipal government, housing the offices of the Mayor of Prague, the City Council, and the City Assembly.
The Conference Programme on Friday 12 June and Saturday 13 June will take place there.

Domov sv. Josefa is a non‑profit organization founded by Caritas, providing both short‑term and long‑term residential care for people in advanced stages of multiple sclerosis (EDSS 6+).
The facility is located in a Baroque monastery complex surrounded by nature, combining historical atmosphere with modern professional care.
The mission is to help people with MS live active and meaningful lives, even with severe disability. The Centre focuses on community inclusion and the use of assistive technologies.
Residents are supported by an interdisciplinary team, and many of them remain professionally active despite significant physical limitations.
One‑day visit
We offer a fully organized one‑day visit to Domov sv. Josefa.
The cost is 50 EUR per person.

Take into account the two locations of the Conference when booking your stay (Thursday takes place in the periphery and Fri & Sat. in city Centre).
Any hotel/stay located near Metro/underground green line A will be most convenient.

Transport
Notice: At Prague public transport there are frequent checks by "ticket inspectors".
We recommend you buy a 24 or 72 hour ticket at the airport or at a metro station.

Cards are widely accepted, but having cash for small purchases is useful.
