New international survey study

The Special Interest Mobility Group of the Network for Research and Best Practice in Multiple Sclerosis rehabilitation (RiMS) has launched an international study on physical activity in people living with Multiple Sclerosis entitled: HeARTS: pHysical Activity factoRs among people living with mulTiple sclerosiS.

About the survey

We are conducting the online survey to better understand the self-reported physical activity levels of people with Multiple Sclerosis across different disability levels, age groups, and countries. The survey also examines factors that influence physical activity, including personal, environmental, and socio-economic aspects, as well as the potential role of rehabilitation and technology in supporting an active lifestyle.

What participation involves

• • An online survey, completed anonymously by a person diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
• • Completing the survey takes approximately 40 minutes and includes questions about your daily activities, physiotherapy, and use of technology to stay active.

How to access the survey
