Ready to develop your leadership skills? Boost your CV and make an impact within the RiMS community! We are currently seeking a new Chair for the Special Interest Group (SIG) on Occupation.
This position offers the opportunity to lead an international and interdisciplinary network dedicated to improving the participation and quality of life of people with multiple sclerosis through evidence-based occupational therapy and rehabilitation.
The SIG brings together professionals in clinical practice, research and education to exchange expertise, promote evidence-based occupational therapy and support collaborative projects in multiple sclerosis care.
We welcome applicants who are keen to strengthen international collaboration and advance occupational therapy practice and research.

As Chair, you will:
- Guide the strategic development of the group
- Foster high-quality transnational research
- Support the design of practical interventions
- Contribute to expanding an engaged international network
- Contribute as part of the RiMS Extended Leadership Team
- Attend SIG meetings twice a year — at least once in person during the Annual Conference
- Communicate updates via emails to your SIG members, RiMS e-announcements, blog posts, and the Annual Report.
