Joint in-between meeting: SIG Bladder, Bowel and Sexuality and SIG Occupation

The SIGs Occupation and Bladder, Bowel & Sexuality invite you to join their upcoming joint in-between meeting: “Bridging disciplines - collaborative work to enhance quality of life and participation for persons with MS”.

SIG Occupation and SIG Bladder, Bowel & Sexuality are delighted to invite you to their upcoming joint in-between meeting at the Danish MS Hospitals in Haslev, Denmark.

Theme: “Bridging disciplines - collaborative work to enhance quality of life and participation for persons with MS”

The program will consist of keynote presentations, discussions and a workshop. There will also be presentations on clinical work and research.

REGISTRATION

Registration will be available 1st of December. Deadline 1st of February 2026.

Registration fee:

RIMS members: € 50,- Euro

Non-RIMS participants: € 120,- Euro

This includes participation, catering, social dinner Friday night and transportation between the hotel and the MS Hospital.

ACCOMMODATION HOTEL

We have arranged special rates with Bo på Scandic Ringsted | Hotel i Ringsted. Please note that the agreed prices only apply when registering for the meeting, and booking through the provided link (RIMS-members will receive a designated booking code for the overnight covered by RIMS).

Prices and terms

  • Single room: € 133,- Euro
  • Double room: € 159,- Euro

The above rates are per room per night and include breakfast, internet access, and VAT.

RIMS members: RIMS will cover one night of hotel accommodation from Friday, March 13th to Saturday, March 14th. If you arrive on Thursday, March 12th, you will be responsible for covering the cost of accommodation yourself.

Non-RIMS participants: You will be responsible for covering the hotel accommodation yourself.

TRANSPORTATION:

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to the hotel upon arriving. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue on Friday morning and back in the evening, as well as on Saturday morning. After the program ends on Saturday, March 14th, participants must arrange their own transportation from the venue to the airport.
