We invite all RiMS Member to participate in the upcoming RiMS General Assembly. As a paying Individual Member, Early Career Member or Member Centre of RiMS, you also have voting right. This right enables you to co-decide on the strategic direction of RiMS. 

If you cannot make it, please register and indicate to which Member you give proxy.

Be aware: each Member Centre can assign a maximum of 6 representatives to vote (when registering as a Member Center for the GA, you will be requested to list the six voting representatives).

All registered participants with voting rights will receive an email with a unique link allowing them to submit their votes during the meeting (ElectionBuddy software is used).

The meeting will take place both at the ECTRIMS 2025 Congress featuring the 30th RiMS Congress Venue, Barcelona (Spain) and online.

Quorum for validity of the GA

58 Individual Members, 29 Center Members, 351 Individual Members by affiliation from their Center and 34 Student memberships have been invited to the Assembly (#471).

Quorum: 2/3 of 266 votes = 177 votes. Should the quorum not be reached,  the General Assembly, reconvenes on Thursday 25th September 2025, 2PM CEST at the same location. No quorum applies at that GA.
