Anna Revilla Bruñol
Anna Revilla Bruñol combines professional expertise in project management with a deep personal commitment to supporting young people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Since her MS diagnosis, she has been actively involved in several patient organisations, including the Young People’s Network (YPN), the EPF Youth Group, and the 2024 EFNA Community Advisory Board. She also collaborates with the Catalan MS organisation, Fundació Esclerosi Múltiple Catalunya, to promote the involvement of young patients within the local community. Her professional experience spans biomedical research and European policy, having managed research funding in the biomedical sector as a project officer and contributed to accessibility and sustainability initiatives as a Schuman trainee at the European Parliament. Anna now serves as Membership and Community Coordinator at the European Multiple Sclerosis Platform (EMSP), where she fosters engagement, collaboration, and empowerment across the MS community in Europe. -
Daphne Kos
Daphne Kos worked as OT practitioner, lecturer and researcher and studied fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis since her PhD project. Daphne Kos coordinates scientific research in the rehabilitation department of the National MS Center Melsbroek and is manager of the OT master programme in KU Leuven (interuniversity programme with Hasselt and Ghent). Her research domain is situated in the area of neurological rehabilitation, focussing on fatigue and fatigability, occupational performance, participation, life balance, goal setting and assessment, mainly in multiple sclerosis. Daphne Kos is current President of the Belgian Society for Neurological Rehabilitation (BSNR) and Past President of Rehabilitation in Multiple Sclerosis (RIMS). -
Peter Feys
Peter Feys, a physiotherapist and professor at UHasselt, Belgium performs interdisciplinary research focused on gait and upper limb rehabilitation in neurological conditions, particularly Multiple Sclerosis as well as stroke, DOC and CP/DCD. Specifically, psychometric research of outcome measures, and research to gain insights in functioning by integrating neuro-imaging and technology are performed, followed by rehabilitation programs. He led the European RIMS network and contributed to initiatives like PMSA, PROMS, EMSP and SRRR. Active in global collaborations, he participated in the MS Clinical Trials Advisory Committee, PROMS initiative and a Cochrane Rehabilitation field meeting. UHasselt is part of WHO's World Rehabilitation Alliance, aligned with the 2030 Rehabilitation Action Plan.
