SIG Occupation and SIG Bladder, Bowel & Sexuality are delighted to invite you to their upcoming joint in-between meeting at the Danish MS Hospitals in Haslev, Denmark.

PROGRAMME
The program will consist of keynote presentations, discussions and a workshop. There will also be presentations on clinical work and research.
Information on additional activities:
- Welcome drink Thursday, 12 March at 7.30 pm: Welcome gathering at Scandic Ringsted Lobby- Drinks at own expense
- Social Dinner Friday, 13 March at 6 pm: The social dinner on Friday the 13th of March is included in the participation fee and will take place at the MS hospital. Soft drinks will be served during dinner. Wine and beer can be purchased on-site.

RIMS members: € 50,- Euro
Non-RIMS participants: € 120,- Euro
This includes participation, catering, social dinner Friday night and transportation between the hotel and the MS Hospital.

The above rates are per room per night and include breakfast, internet access, and VAT.
Guests will be asked to enter their credit card details when making the reservation. However, payment will be made directly at the hotel upon arrival.
Cancellation policy for guests: Guests may cancel their room without any cancellation fee until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival
RIMS members: RIMS-members will get one night free accommodation from Friday, March 13th to Saturday, March 14th, when using the following booking code: BOOK120326. If you arrive on Thursday, March 12th, you will be responsible for covering the cost of accommodation yourself.
Non-RIMS participants: You will be responsible for covering the hotel accommodation yourself.
TRANSPORTATION:
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to the hotel upon arriving, and to the airport when leaving.
Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue on Friday morning and back in the evening, as well as on Saturday morning. Transportation from the venue to the hotel on Friday night, after dinner, will also be provided.
- From the hospital to the train station, the distance is about 1.8 km, and the walk usually takes
- 20–25 minutes. It is also possible to take a bus near the hospital to the train station, which
- takes about 15 minutes.
- Trains typically run every hour from Haslev toward Copenhagen, with a transfer at
- Copenhagen Central Station (København H) before continuing to the airport. The total travel
- time is usually around 1 hour and 10–20 minutes.
